📙 About the Event: Come As You Art is a welcoming monthly art therapy workshop, every third Thursday, where creativity meets community support. These relaxed sessions encourage social connection in a safe and accessible environment. Whether you are exploring creativity for the first time or returning to art after many years, this is a supportive space to experience a true sense of belonging while meeting new people and building relationships.

Each session includes:

• A short introduction to art therapy and group check-in
• One hour or more of open, process-based artmaking using diverse materials
• Optional sharing and reflection time
• Light refreshments provided

Participants will be asked to sign a brief consent form before the start of each workshop as they enter the space.

Suitable for adults (18+) – all are welcome.
Please advise of any access or sensory needs during registration.

We hope this can become a calm monthly ritual – a place to pause, explore creativity, and feel part of a gentle shared experience.
