About the Event
Pilates for Every Body is a weekly community Pilates class at Little BIG House, bringing movement and social connection together at the Flour Mill of Summer Hill. Starting Tuesday 10/11/2026, each 6–7pm session blends strengthening and stretching with time to reset after the day. Come as you are, move at your own pace, and meet a few new people along the way.
Who Should Attend
Every body and every experience level is welcome. If you’re new to the area or keen to get to know more of your neighbours, it’s a relaxed mid-week way to build a sense of belonging.
What’s the Cost
Classes are free throughout November. From December, classes will move to a paid format. Bookings are made through Humanitix.

About the Host
Listy is a Sydney-based Pilates instructor passionate about movement and community. Listy’s classes combine purposeful movement, strength and stretch, with a focus on helping you feel energised, connected and confident in your body.
About the Venue
Little BIG House is a community hub at the Flour Mill of Summer Hill (16 Flour Mill Way, Summer Hill), home to a growing calendar of Inner West events and community activities that bring people together and help ease loneliness. It’s a welcoming space where neighbours become familiar faces, and familiar faces become friends.
