Connection Circle is a free evening of conversation improv. Small groups sit together around a table with a pile of conversation prompt cards in the centre — someone draws a card, answers the prompt, and the conversation flows naturally from there. Some cards are light and fun, others go a little deeper, but none put anyone on the spot. It’s not a therapy session and it’s not a singles night, just real people, real conversation and real connection, for anyone navigating heartbreak, separation or the ups and downs of modern dating.

Hosted by relationship counsellor and breakup recovery coach Sylvia Suwan, sessions are free, ages 18+, and spaces are intentionally limited to keep things intimate.
