About the Event Voice Gym (65+) is a friendly small-group session designed to help older adults build stronger, clearer voices for everyday communication.

More than just a class, Voice Gym supports emotional well-being by helping participants feel confident speaking in everyday situations. Through regular sessions, participants develop social connections, experience a stronger sense of belonging, and enjoy meeting new people in a supportive environment.

Who should attend Voice Gym is designed for people aged 65+ who want to improve communication confidence while making friends and building relationships. It’s ideal for individuals, neighbours, and community groups interested in social networking and meeting new people in a relaxed and welcoming space.

This session is especially helpful for anyone wondering how to make friends, how to meet new people, or how to stop being lonely through positive community activities and connection.
