Cancer Rehab Pilates is a gentle fortnightly class for people in Inner West Sydney affected by cancer, whether you’re in treatment, in recovery, or years on. Led by a physiotherapist who specialises in cancer rehabilitation, each session combines adapted Clinical Pilates, breathing work, and gentle strength and mobility with informal chat and connection. No experience is needed.

When: 2nd and 4th Thursday of every month, 6–7 pm
Where: Level 1, Little BIG House, Flour Mill of Summer Hill, 16 Flour Mill Way, Summer Hill
