Cancer Rehab Pilates is a gentle fortnightly class for people in Inner West Sydney affected by cancer, whether you’re in treatment, in recovery, or years on. Led by a physiotherapist who specialises in cancer rehabilitation, each session combines adapted Clinical Pilates, breathing work, and gentle strength and mobility with informal chat and connection. No experience is needed.
When: 2nd and 4th Thursday of every month, 6–7 pm

About the Event

Who Should Attend
Local residents living with or beyond cancer, at any stage of treatment or recovery, plus their carers and support people. All fitness levels and abilities welcome — fully adaptable for limited mobility, fatigue, or lymphoedema-related precautions.

About the Host
The class is run by Aditi, a physiotherapist who specialises in cancer rehabilitation, so every movement is guided with care, expertise and an understanding of what your body may be working through.

Classes run on Level 1 of Little BIG House at the Flour Mill of Summer Hill, 16 Flour Mill Way, Summer Hill. Little BIG House is a community hub dedicated to social connection and a sense of belonging, where community programs like this one help neighbours find their people.
