Life by Design Series – Clarity with Ease
About the Event:
Life by Design is a free community workshop series created to support emotional well-being, self-awareness, and meaningful social connection. Hosted at Little BIG House in the Flour Mill of Summer Hill, these workshops invite you to pause, reflect, and reconnect — with yourself and with others in your community.
Delivered across four free events each year, Life by Design offers practical, holistic strategies to help you better understand your mind–body connection, overcome everyday challenges, and live with greater intention. Each session blends empowering concepts with hands-on techniques you can take into daily life. While the workshops form a series, each event is designed as a stand-alone experience, so you can join at any point along the journey.
This is a welcoming Inner West Sydney community event, offering space for reflection, learning, and genuine connection in a supportive environment.
Who Should Attend:
These workshops are open to adults from all walks of life who are interested in personal growth, emotional well-being, and building social connections. Whether you’re looking to meet new people, strengthen your sense of belonging, overcome loneliness, or simply explore new ways to care for yourself, you are warmly welcome. Perfect for locals seeking free things to do, community activities, or Inner West events that nourish both mind and heart.
What’s the Cost: This is a free event, open to all.
About the Host: The Life by Design Series is led by local Kinesiologist and Holistic Wellness Coach, Katherine Anderson of Ease Wellness.
