About the Event
Living Brain Health is a fortnightly session that blends body and brain activities into one enjoyable morning. Each activity starts simply, then builds with added load, timing, rhythm, or challenges to recall and coordination. The hour of movement is followed by 30 minutes of social time, so there’s room to chat, settle in and get to know the regulars. Drills are designed to stack easily into daily habits, so you can keep the benefits going at home or at work.

Who Should Attend
This is for anyone who wants to keep their body moving and their mind sharp in a relaxed, social setting. Each activity is introduced in a basic form first, so you don’t need any experience to join in. It’s also a friendly way to meet new people and build a regular routine with your Inner West neighbours.

What’s the Cost
$20 per session. Book online and pay at checkout, or request a PayID for bank transfer.
