Whether it’s day changing or life changing, if your idea brings people together or enriches the community, you’ve found the place to bring it to life. You could do anything from a book club, to a kombucha tasting group, to a debate workshop. The possibilities are endless!
Run programs and events in the Little BIG House that bring the community together, welcome them into the space, make them feel at home and promote Little BIG Values during the event to help people to connect.
Volunteer your time to support one of our ongoing Little BIG Programs, such as our Co-Working Mondays or our Parent’s Group, and connect with your community.
Open up the venue, participate in the program yourself and be the point of contact for newcomers, welcoming them into the space and making them feel at home.
The Tribe lives and breathes happier, healthier, kinder and jumps in where they can to support the community.
Throw your hand up when an ‘ask’ meets your skill set, get behind a specific event run by another volunteer or maybe you’ve got a niche skill? Tell us where you can help your community!
“I love hearing the little B.I.G. impact of my hypopressive class on the community. I feel proud that I’ve been able to help people reconnect with their bodies and feel in control of their lives.”
“We have both been musicians all our lives and love to share with the community the wonderful benefits music can bring. It is a joy for us to do and to share with others.”
“My event at the Little BIG House is a pop-up Safe Space for anyone struggling with suicidal ideation, thoughts, behaviour, chronic loneliness or feeling unsafe. I hope that my program will help reduce the stigma around mental health. I love this community because I don’t feel anonymous walking around. It has a country feel to it, very personable”.
“The Little BIG House Writing Space is a time and a place for people to come in and work on any writing project that is close to their heart. Everyone is welcome, no matter where you’re at in your writing journey. I hope this program will make participants feel free to pursue their creativity in whatever way works best for them, whether that is simply a space to lose themselves in their work for a couple of hours, or to connect with other writers,or a bit of both.”
