📙 About the Event: Start your morning with calm, clarity, and connection. These Tai Chi sessions are a beautiful way to centre your mind, move your body, and begin the day in balance. Rooted in Sun-style Tai Chi and inspired by Qigong, the movements are soft, flowing, and meditative — helping you build strength, mindfulness, and emotional well-being.

Each class introduces key Tai Chi principles like space, alignment, breath, and flow. Whether you’re managing stress, supporting your health, or simply curious, Tai Chi is a gentle and powerful practice open to all.

Bring a friend, wear something comfortable, and enjoy the stillness in motion.

Free Tai Chi on Tuesdays, 8.15 am – 8.45 am

Paid Tai Chi on Fridays, 6.30 am – 7.15 am
