Free Tai Chi
Tuesday Mornings at the Flour Mill
About the Event: Start your morning with calm, clarity, and connection. These free Tai Chi sessions are a beautiful way to centre your mind, move your body, and begin the day in balance. Rooted in Sun-style Tai Chi and inspired by Qigong, the movements are soft, flowing, and meditative — helping you build strength, mindfulness, and emotional well-being.
Each 30-minute class introduces key Tai Chi principles like space, alignment, breath, and flow. Whether you’re managing stress, supporting your health, or simply curious, Tai Chi is a gentle and powerful practice open to all.
Bring a friend, wear something comfortable, and enjoy the stillness in motion.
Who Should Attend: Everyone is welcome, no experience needed. Tai Chi is especially helpful for older adults, those living with Arthritis, Parkinson’s, CP, Diabetes, or limited mobility. It’s also a great way to connect with others in the Inner West community.
What’s the Cost: Absolutely free — just drop in!
About the Host: Your instructor, Robyn Suttor, is a certified Tai Chi teacher, experienced coach, and world-level Masters athlete. She brings decades of movement, teaching, and mental health experience, sharing her passion for accessible, healing exercise. Read more about Robyn
