Looking for a gentle way to connect with others in your community? Join us for Seniors Group, a cozy and relaxed gathering held every 1st and 3rd Thursday of the month, from 10:00 AM to 11:30 AM at the Summer Hill Little BIG House.
This is a low-key and friendly space where seniors can enjoy a warm cuppa, catch up with familiar faces, and meet new friends. Whether you’re up for sharing stories, swapping local tips, or simply enjoying some quiet companionship, this is the perfect opportunity to connect and unwind in a laid-back, welcoming environment.
It’s part of our ongoing mission to reduce loneliness in Australia and create more connected communities — because no one should feel alone, especially in the later chapters of life.
Seniors living in Summer Hill, the Inner West, or surrounding suburbs who are looking for light conversation, companionship, and a safe, inclusive space to meet others.
It’s completely free — just bring your lovely self (and maybe a friend)!
This event is hosted by friendly local volunteers, including the ever-welcoming Kerrie, who helps create a sense of home for everyone who walks through the door. Read more about Kerrie here.
Held at the Little BIG House, located within the Flour Mill of Summer Hill, this venue is a community space dedicated to fostering social connection, mental health support, and emotional well-being through community activities, free events, and shared spaces.
You’ll need it for the digital check-in process — it’s quick and essential.
