About the Event
Safe Space Activity Night is a gentle, drop-in evening designed to help you restore, regulate, and reconnect with yourself, with others, and with the world around you. Through simple group practices, you’ll find a moment of calm, a bit of connection, and maybe even a new friend.

Who Should Attend
This one’s for anyone who could use a soft landing at the end of the week — whether you’re new to the Inner West and looking to meet people, navigating loneliness, or simply craving genuine social connection without the small talk pressure. Locals, neighbours, and newcomers are equally welcome. If you’ve ever wondered how to make friends as an adult, this is a low-key place to start.

About the Host
Safe Space is peer-led and lived-experience driven, supported by Roses in the Ocean, a national leader in peer-led suicide prevention. Volunteers are trained to hold space with compassion, respect, and care.

About the Venue
Little BIG House is a community hub inside the historic Flour Mill of Summer Hill, home to shared workspaces, community programs, and a steady lineup of free events and things to do this weekend. It’s a place built on the idea that connected communities and small acts of kindness go a long way — especially in a city where loneliness in Australia is more common than we admit.

Drop in anytime between 6.30-8pm, last Friday of the month — no booking needed, just bring yourself (or a friend). See you on Level 1.
