No more staying safe, staying silent, or simply going with the flow. It’s time to advocate for yourself and what you care about, because what you stand for matters. This session gives you the chance to practice real negotiation skills through a series of fun, low-stake simulations that will help you become more confident in advocating for yourself anytime, anywhere, with anyone.

The session is co-facilitated by Melissa Paris, a seasoned arts educator, director and performer with over 20 years’ experience across theatre, opera, film and the creative industries, known for her warm energy and her knack for making strangers feel like family — and Jonathan Lee, an experience designer and founder of Utopia Rising, who has spent over 25 years in personal development and hosted 50+ events reimagining party culture as a force for positive, purposeful socialising.
