Agenda

10:30 am – 12:30 pm

Week 1: Be the InterestED Introvert (rather than the interestING extrovert)

How can I hold space for the other person? How can I speak so others WANT to listen? Learn how curiosity is more effective than trying to be impressive.

10:30 am – 12:30 pm

Week 2: Reading Between the Lines: What’s Not Being Said?

How does someone feel when talking to me? What are their motives? What do they want me to know about the story? Learn to read non-verbal cues so you can replace ‘sticky’ conversation with smooth connection.

10:30 am – 12:30 pm

Week 3: How to have Difficult Conversations (without Losing Your Sh!t)

How do I have the courage to express what I truly want, without ruining the relationship? Difficult conversations can make or break relationships. Learn how to stay grounded, calm your nervous system, and understand why seeing the other person’s p.o.v. is essential to the negotiation.

10:30 am – 12:30 pm

Week 4: The Science of Lasting Connection

How do I create meaningful relationships that last? We’ll integrate listening, presence, and emotional attunement to help you build stronger connections. Wrap up the course knowing how to nurture relationships that feel alive!
