About me: For over 24 years, I’ve been fascinated by personal development. In 2016, I celebrated my birthday by creating my own two-day ‘seminar party’, and the feedback was that I had a talent in putting together amazing meaningful experiences and I should do something with this gift. From that moment, I began experimenting with unconventional party themes that emphasize play, joy and connection. I fell in love with the idea of making a difference through celebrating different facets of human potential. Since then, I’ve hosted over 50 events with 20+ varying themes including Gratitude, Paparazzi, Creative Arts, Productivity, Philosophy, Innovation and others. In Jan 2024, I launched Utopia Rising to carry out my vision that’s bigger than myself to change the world, starting from Sydney.

 

About Utopia Rising: Utopia Rising delivers unconventional social experiences for self-improvement seekers looking to broaden their network or simply be inspired by life again. It’s a party reimagined – alcohol-free, featuring healthy plant-based food, and filled with a schedule of engaging activities and ever-changing themes that make every event unique. Designed to spotlight your unique self-expression, within a supportive, inclusive environment. Whether you’re looking for novelty or a break from routine, Utopia Rising is all about helping you explore new ideas, meet diverse people, and leave you feeling empowered. My guests and I co-create the atmosphere with me by participating in activities, performances, games, and group interactions with their flavor mixed in. For example, the “paparazzi” theme gets people to go from camera shy to catwalk models. Another example is “rap n’ swag” where people of all demographics go from never sung a song in karaoke to rapping a song they write themselves in front of an audience. On a deeper level, the “social health” theme encouraged participants who suffer from loneliness to create a “social fitness plan” for themselves to become more connected. All this, achieved in 3 hours of immersive fun.
