What if tonight you laughed so hard you forgot what was worrying you?
About the Event Laugh & Nourish is a monthly evening that gives you permission to be a little silly and leaves you genuinely restored. Each session begins with a laughter yoga practice: a joyful, movement-based experience that uses playful breathing and contagious laughter to melt tension and lift your mood (no jokes required, no flexibility needed). Afterwards, gather around a nourishing plant-based dinner, designed to warm you from the inside out and keep the good energy flowing.
Who Should Attend This one’s for anyone who’s been craving real social connection — whether you’re new to the Inner West, rebuilding your social circle, or simply looking for something genuinely different to do on a Thursday night. It’s a welcoming space for solo attendees, neighbours, curious souls, and anyone who finds that making friends as an adult is harder than it should be.
What’s the Cost Tickets are $35 and include the full laughter yoga session plus a plant-based dinner. Bookings are through Humanitix — grab yours at events.humanitix.com/laugh-and-nourish before spots fill up.
About the Host Laugh & Nourish is facilitated by Jeevi Ramtel, plant-based chef and laughter guru.
