Navigating menopause and perimenopause can feel overwhelming — but you don’t have to go through it alone. The Menopause and Perimenopause Women’s Circle is a monthly gathering designed to offer community support, heartfelt connection, and a safe space to share your experiences with other women who truly get it. Held every third Wednesday of the month from 7–8:30 PM, this circle is all about emotional well-being, mental health support, and the power of social connection.
Each session is unique — sometimes we dive into topics like symptom management, self-care, or navigating big emotional shifts. Other times, it’s simply about being together, listening, laughing, and lifting one another up. It’s relaxed, honest, and pressure-free — a place to be seen, heard, and supported.
Whether you’re looking for ways to meet new people, build relationships, or just want to be part of a connected community in Inner West Sydney, this is your space.
Who Should Attend
Anyone experiencing perimenopause or menopause — whether you’re seeking support, want to make friends, or simply need a moment of shared understanding. You don’t need to talk — just being present is enough.
What’s the Cost
