Fridays | 9:15 – 10:15 AM
📍 Mungo Scott Plaza, Flour Mill of Summer Hill
💛 Drop in to attend!

About the Event

Start your morning with calm, clarity, and connection. These paid Tai Chi sessions are a beautiful way to centre your mind, move your body, and begin the day in balance. Rooted in Sun-style Tai Chi and inspired by Qigong, the movements are soft, flowing, and meditative — helping you build strength, mindfulness, and emotional well-being.

Each 30-minute class introduces key Tai Chi principles like space, alignment, breath, and flow. Whether you’re managing stress, supporting your health, or simply curious, Tai Chi is a gentle and powerful practice open to all.

Bring a friend, wear something comfortable, and enjoy the stillness in motion.

Who Should Attend

Everyone is welcome, no experience needed. Tai Chi is especially helpful for older adults, those living with Arthritis, Parkinson’s, CP, Diabetes, or limited mobility. It’s also a great way to connect with others in the Inner West community.

What’s the Cost

$20 / session
$15 > 67 age
