Seeking Support

by Little BIG

There are times in all of our lives where you may feel the need for some additional support. This might be someone to talk to informally, or more clinical and specialised services. We have taken a moment to aggregate a few of the support services available here.

The Safe Space at the Little BIG House is open Friday and Saturday night 5:30-9pm
This is a non clinical, peer led safe space that offers an anonymous warm inviting place to reset or to safety plan with someone who has a shared lived experience. Anyone is welcome to drop in, have a chat and a cuppa.
