StemGen Project: Garageband: Planet Podcast

January 10 at 12:30 pm - 3:30 pm

About the Event: In this project, children will write and produce a podcast with the theme, Reconnecting To Our Natural Environment’. Their challenge will be to inspire others to connect with nature and live more sustainably. Children will learn how our community can work together to make a difference and they will construct a podcast sharing their newfound knowledge. Podcast recordings will be emailed to families. We also encourage students to share their productions with their family and school community.

Who Should Attend: Calling all young eco-champions! This event is tailored for spirited children aged 7-12 who want to unleash their creativity and make a positive impact on the world. No prior experience is required—just bring your enthusiasm and a willingness to learn!

What’s the Cost: Invest in your child’s creativity and environmental consciousness at an affordable cost of $29 per student. This fee covers all materials, guidance, and a unique opportunity for your child to explore the world of podcasting.

About the Host: Meet our enthusiastic host, Stephanie, a passionate advocate for community support and environmental well-being. She is dedicated to fostering connected communities through engaging and educational events. Get ready for an inspiring session that empowers young minds to be change-makers.

About the Venue: Located at the vibrant Little BIG House in the heart of Flour Mill, Summer Hill, our venue sets the stage for a dynamic and collaborative podcasting journey. Surrounded by the community spirit, children will discover the joy of learning, creating, and connecting with like-minded peers. Let’s amplify our voices for a greener, more sustainable future!
