Improv for Conscious Dating & Connection

March 9 at 10:30 am - 12:00 pm

Back by popular demand! This Valentine’s Day workshop is now a fully developed 4-week course!

Inspired by a Love Story that almost didn’t happen…

This course was inspired by two of my students who met in my very first Improv for Introverts class. Let’s call them Maddie & Mark—M&M.

From the start, I noticed there was a spark. Whenever M&M were in scenes together, I noticed how effortlessly they mirrored each other’s body language, how naturally they supported one another, how their eyes lit up the moment the other entered the room.

Outside of class, the improv group hosted gatherings. Through picnics and karaoke nights, M&M truly got to know each other. And that’s when they realised… they were always meant to meet.

You see, M&M had a mutual friend who had tried to set them up before. But life had other plans. Back then, they both said no. Because let’s face it—blind dates can feel like job interviews. Too much pressure. Too many expectations. Too awkward.

But at Improv, they learned to let go of overthinking. They stopped trying to impress and started simply being present. They explored their personalities, uncovered their values, and embraced each moment as it came. And then—something clicked.

What started as spontaneous Sunday morning Improv turned into date nights. What started as playful interactions turned into something real. Their dates became a relationship, not because they were searching for one, but because they allowed connection to unfold naturally.

💫 These divine, magical moments will find you when you stop forcing and start allowing.

When you move through life with a heart-centered presence, the right people will be drawn to your energy. And in this course, I’ll show you how to step into that energy, trust the moment, and let real connection unfold.

And that’s exactly what I’ll help you tap into in this course.

What is Improv?

While Improv is best known for its role in comedy, theatre, and acting, its transferrable skills go far beyond the stage.

The skills you learn in my Improv class can help you read social cues, sparking meaningful conversations, and create genuine connections in any setting – from casual coffee shops to lively social events (like this one!)

What to Expect:

  • This is not a sit-down workshop. Through interactive improv exercises, we’ll explore dating dynamics in a way that’s fun, engaging, and filled with creative choices.
  • You’ll be on your feet the whole time (literally and figuratively)!
  • You’ll leave with practical skills, renewed confidence, a belly-full of laughter.

Who Should Attend:

  • This workshop is ideal for introverts; both men and women
  • No prior improv experience is necessary – just a willingness to laugh and learn.

What if our path to authenticity is not in perfection, but in using our mistakes as a launching pad for bursts of transformation?

Ever since my Improv journey as a student started in 2017, I was immediately hooked! It may have been the endorphins and serotonin you get by playing Improv games, because I can’t remember the last time I felt so seen, so present, and so alive!

Whilst my 9-5pm job involved designing coaching and training courses for professional development, I’d wondered if Improv – an art form traditionally used for acting and comedy – could be applied to help people achieve personal development.

After experimenting and running courses such as: Improv for Introverts, Improv for Dating and Relationships, Improv for the Workplace…

Turns out you can!

Improv is a practical tool that can be used for enhancing self-awareness, connecting with others, and aligning with your deepest desires.
