Tai Chi is a slow moving form of exercise with great health benefits. The moves flow allowing mind and body connection, harmony and perfect balance.

What to wear – Wear comfy, loose clothes or fitness clothes and soft flat enclosed shoes.

Why – Learn the foundation elements of Sun style Tai Chi which includes soft, flowing moves drawn from Qigong.

Tai Chi is a form of exercise that is excellent for helping with centring, becoming mindful, improving balance,
challenging memory, meditative and healing. It focuses on space, flow, slowness of speed, alignment and balance.
It is healing and challenging for both the mind and the body, and all ages and abilities are welcome.
It is an excellent form of exercise for conditions such as Arthritis, Diabetes, Parkinson, CP, etc.
Those who are physically challenged, including wheelchair participants, are welcome.
Venue – Mungo Scott Plaza or Little BIG House level 1 in case of rain

Your Teacher – Robyn Suttor is a Tai Chi Instructor trained through Dr Paul Lam’s School of Tai Chi; a Personal Trainer / Fitness Australia Level 3 Exercise Professional 006052; a Level 3 Performance Coach specialist in Sprint & Hurdles; Sprint & Athletics Coach for Canterbury Athletics Club (Child Protection – WWCO488013E) and Master Athlete continuing to compete at World Level Masters Athletics.
