Start your day with a Yoga session led by Wei-Yee of Yoga on Earth (7:45–8:45am). Designed for all levels, this gentle yet empowering practice builds strength and flexibility while offering a reprieve for body and mind. More than just a workout, it’s an invitation to stretch, center, and foster a vibrant sense of belonging. Whether you’re a seasoned yogi or a beginner, you’ll be guided to move at your own pace, supported by a welcoming community.
After yoga, settle into stillness for a Sound Bath Meditation with Katrina Noela (9:00–10:00am). Allow the ethereal sounds of crystal singing bowls and channeled voice to bathe you in vibrations that soothe the nervous system and bring you into deeper harmony with yourself. Lying comfortably on your mat, simply breathe and let the waves of sound gently release tension and restore balance.
